Request for Consecutive Stay Guests
＜Regarding Housekeeping for Consecutive Stays＞
To ensure your comfort and privacy, we generally refrain from entering your room during your stay.
Housekeeping services for consecutive stay guests will be provided from the 4th night onward.
Please contact the front desk (Extension 12) by 10:00 AM if you wish to have your room cleaned.
＜Important Notes on Entering the Guest Room for Housekeeping＞
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points when housekeeping enters your room.
① Valuables:
Please use the safe or deposit your valuables at the front desk.
② Garbage Collection:
We will only collect garbage placed inside the waste bin.
③ Amenity Provision:
Extra amenities for your stay are already provided in the room.
If you require additional items, please feel free to ask the front desk.
④ Floor Cleaning:
Basic cleaning of the room will be conducted, but we will not touch your belongings.
Please gather your belongings in one location to allow for wider cleaning.
⑤ Bed Making (Futon Laying):
If there are any belongings on the bed (or futon), we will refrain from making the bed.
Please ensure the bed is kept clear of items.
⑥ Dish Washing:
We will refrain from washing dishes with leftover food or beverages.
⑦ Bathroom Cleaning:
We will not touch your personal belongings.
Please gather your personal items in one place for smoother cleaning.
⑧ Bathtub Cleaning:
Even if the bathtub is filled with water, we will drain the water to clean the tub.
⑨ Tables:
We will not touch items placed on the table when wiping it down.
＜Housekeeping Entry Hours＞
Housekeeping hours are 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon).
We cannot enter the room for cleaning after 12:00 PM.

Regarding Housekeeping Requests (Change):
If you wish to change your status from “No Housekeeping” to “Housekeeping,” please contact the front desk by 10:00 AM the next morning.
